Privacy, in plain language

CelCue Privacy Policy · Effective July 20, 2026

Projects stay on your device

Project and scene names, frame-rate and length choices, exposure columns, drawing labels and blocks, cue markers, BPM values, notes, rehearsal state, diagnostics, and local settings are processed and stored locally by CelCue. The app does not transmit this information to the developer.

No account, analytics, advertising, or tracking

CelCue has no account system, developer server, cloud sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking technology, or third-party SDK. The app does not collect data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

Importing, exporting, and sharing

JSON restore reads only a CelCue backup file you select. An exported CSV, timing text, PDF, JSON backup, or shared summary leaves CelCue only when you choose a destination in Apple's system interface. File providers, recipients, and chosen destinations handle data under their own privacy terms. Review the content and destination before sharing.

No protected-device access

CelCue does not request camera, photo library, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, local-network, motion, or notification access. It does not import, analyse, record, or synchronise production audio or video.

Retention and deletion

Local projects and settings remain until you remove them within CelCue or delete the app. Removing CelCue deletes its locally stored information from that device. Files you previously exported, backed up, or shared remain with their destination.

Support email

If you email support, your message, email address, and any information you choose to include are processed by the email providers used by you and the developer. They are used to answer the request, troubleshoot CelCue, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not attach confidential scripts or production material. You may request deletion of a support message, subject to legal retention requirements.

Children

CelCue is a general-audience creative planning utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from any user. Teachers and students may choose to use it, but CelCue is not offered in Apple's Kids Category.

Website and contact

This static support site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary web-server request information under GitHub's own terms and privacy statement. CelCue itself does not receive that information. If these practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change takes effect.
