Projects stay on your device
Project names, reels, scenes, frame-rate choices, cues, manually entered timecodes, characters, props, surfaces, performers, notes, take logs, ratings, pickups, and local settings are processed and stored locally by FoleyCue. The app does not transmit this information to the developer.
No account, analytics, advertising, or tracking
FoleyCue has no account system, developer server, cloud sync, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking technology, or third-party SDK. The app does not collect data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Importing, exporting, and sharing
The system document picker provides only CSV or FoleyCue JSON files you choose. An export or backup leaves FoleyCue only when you select a destination in Apple's share sheet. File providers and chosen destinations handle data under their own privacy terms. Review the content, recipient, and destination before sharing.
No recording or protected-device access
FoleyCue does not record audio or video and does not request microphone, camera, contacts, photo library, location, Bluetooth, local-network, or motion access. It does not synchronize with picture or production equipment.
Retention and deletion
Local projects and settings remain until you remove them within FoleyCue or delete the app. Removing FoleyCue deletes its locally stored information from that device. Files you previously exported, backed up, or shared remain with their destination.
Support email
If you email support, your message, email address, and any information you choose to include are processed by the email providers used by you and the developer. They are used to answer the request, troubleshoot FoleyCue, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not attach confidential production data or unnecessary sensitive information. You may request deletion of a support message, subject to legal retention requirements.
Children
FoleyCue is a general-audience professional utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from any user.
Website and contact
This static support site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary web-server request information under GitHub's own terms and privacy statement. FoleyCue itself does not receive that information. If these practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change takes effect.
